USIU killer student was also a RAPIST


Thursday, July 12, 2012 - Duncan Kimanthi, the fourth year student at the prestigious United States International University (USIU), who is facing charges for the kidnapping and murder of Sarah Aurwa is now facing new investigations as he is alleged to have raped a 16 year old Ugandan girl.

Kimanthi is now famed for being the ruthless ring leader of a group that is known of crimes ranging from rape, robbery, kidnapping and murder.

Yesterday a girl who has been lying at Kenyatta National Hospital recuperating from severe internal injuries caused by rape, accused Kimanthi of being the culprit who committed the heinous act.

Kimanthi is currently being remanded at Central police station after he appeared before senior principal magistrate T. Okello for the mentioning of his case accompanied by his female accomplice Ms. Winnie Wairimu Kariuki.

The two are also facing charges of abducting Ms. Melisa Amondi Ouko.

State Prosecutor Lenny Kurgat has asked the court to remand Kimanthi until investigations on the rape charges are completed.

Kurgat told the media that a DNA test is being conducted at the Government chemist and reports will be released soon.

His case against the murder of Sarah will be mentioned on July 18.
