UHURU looses top adviser to MUDAVADI

Monday July 30, 2012-Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta suffered a major blow on Saturday after one of his senior advisors in The National Alliance (TNA) party defected to Deputy Prime Minister Musalia Mudavadi’s camp.

The man who was at the heart of TNA’s formation has been silent for while. He is said to have notified party Chairman Johnson Sakaja of his decision to quit due to intense lobbying for positions and influence within Uhuru Kenyatta’s close associates.

Jolted by the key defection, TNA is set to undertake a major purge with heads expected to roll.
