Kenyans carry Nairobi to the US: Eastlando Reunion

Thursday, 12/07/2012- Creativity of the Kenyans in the Diaspora is commendable.

On 4th of August between 9:00 p.m. and 3:00 am, Kenyan residents in New Jersey will hold an Eastlandos Reunion where Kenyans in the USA are expected to represent their hoods. This is courtesy of Umoja entertainment that last week organised a Nyambane show

If you come from Buruburu, Ololo, Umoja, Donholm, Maringo, Mbotela, Jericho, Zimmerman, Komarock, Ziwani, Makadara and Outer Ring this is your day.

The edition will be held at the Hot Spot Lounge. It is located in Newark, New Jersey. The earlier spot was changed as it was too hot. The Hot spot lounge has been chosen as it has indoor/ outdoor seating and is air-conditioned

The individuals set to be performing are Takeover DJs' DJ Babu and DJ Showtyme.

The dress code is "Eastlando Style."
