He steals at night and pretends to be a reformer during the day-Kalonzo

Sunday July 29, 2012 - Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka has indirectly hit out at Prime Minister Raila Odinga, by saying he pretends to be a reformer during the day and at night he is stealing from Kenyans.

Addressing delegates from Mt Elgon and Kitale including elders, women, youth and religious leaders at the Kitale Club Saturday, Kalonzo dismissed claims by Raila Odinga that he is a reformer saying true advocates of change can be identified through their past leadership records.

Kalonzo who is also Mwingi North legislator said reforms can only be achieved through good leadership and not political mischief and thuggery.

"You cannot be a reformer and at the same time a thief of public resources, we need leadership of trust and integrity,” the VP said.

Mr Musyoka stated he was firmly in the State House race and appealed to North Rift residents to support his bid in next General Election.
