Dr. Ida Odinga today challenged Politicians with pending criminal cases to clear their names before seeking elective position during the coming general polls.
She asked those aspiring for leadership position but facing charges to contest for their respective seats after proving their innocence.
Dr. Ida who is the wife of the Prime Minister Dr. Raila Odinga posed the challenge today when she launched the “ Sibanduki ,Raila 4 Rais campaign“ at a Nairobi Hotel.
She insisted that Kenyans had a right to choose their future leaders from a pool of credible personalities whose conduct must be beyond reproach.
‘You should stop wasting other people’s time if you can not clear your name when you know you do not have leadership qualities” Dr Ida said.
