Attorney general githu muigai says the recent ruling by the high court to maintain status quo over the arrest of sudanese president omar al-bashir is not a defeat. Githu says the state is waiting for the conclusion of hearings on the matter, which are to begin on the 24th of january. He added the government will respect the judges final ruling whether it is in their favour or not.
