Raila is in Kisumu opening The Parkview Hotel and Apartments. The Parkview Hotel and Apartments is a partnership between Dr. Oburu, Fidel Odinga and Raila. You can see Dr. Oburu in the video and Fidel (wearing sunglasses, seated down at 0.18). The Odingas are planning to construct another hotel on the land they grabbed by Riat Hills (near the airport). Business is booming for this family, especially, after engineering the No Raila No Peace that chased away "foreign" business owners from Kisumu City.
