Despite the recent cancellation of two main concerts,Totally Sold Out and Groove Party, on new year's eve due to security reasons, the Carnivore restaurant in Nairobi is not shaken.
Together with the recently re-launched EABL's Pilsner Ice, the restaurant presents the seven Wonders of Carnivore, a New Year's Eve party dubbed "The Coolest way to crack open 2012."
The seven Wonders of Carnivore will give revellers a first opportunity to experience this re-launched beer, targeted at the sporty, working class, young adults. "Pilsner Ice is an ideal party drink for the man, it is ice brewed for superior clarity and a full bodied flavour," EABL Regional Marketing Manager (Emerging Brands) Dan Angima Angima said. "The new look unique long neck returnable glass bottle has been favourably received by the target market so far," he added
This might be the biggest New Year's Eve party in Nairobi with performances by DJ Joe Mfalme and DJ Ricky, who are both Pilsner Mfalme winners. They will be joined by DJ Mobi and DJ Klash inside Simba Saloon while DJ Jean Marrie and DJ Eddie will cool the outside area with rock, electro and house music.
Entry is Sh800 with a complimentary Pilsner Ice being given on entry. The party will kick off from 7pm but unfortunately the fireworks planned to usher in the New Year have had to be cancelled following the heightened security status in Kenya.
