Five Aspirants for Kitutu Masaba on Campaign Trail

Five parliamentary aspirants from Kitutu Masaba constituency have now resorted into using funerals forums as platforms of soliciting votes from the electorate.
Over the weekend, the five Walter Nyambati, Timothy Bosire,Mwancha Okioma, Shadarak Mose and Zachary Ogongo however unanimously agreed to conduct peaceful campaigns just like other by elections in the region.
Speaking during the funeral of mama Martha Moraa Nyandemo the mother of Prof.Samwel Nyandemo a lecturer at Nairobi University at Mochenwa village , Nyambati who is the immediate former Mp pleaded with the mourners to re-elect him so that he can complete the projects he had initiated.
He said that he was to blame for the nullification of the elections but blames the defunct Electoral commission of Kenya for the messes which resulted to the nullification of the exercise.
He also issue with his political rivals whom he said were wrongly tainting his name so as to get political mileage.
Nyambati said that for the short time he has been in parliament he has initiated several projects despite taking much of his time in attending court cases challenging his election.
Bosire who is contesting the seat on ODM ticket termed Nyambati as a total failure who should not be given chance to represent the people of Kitutu Masaba.
He accused Nyambati of using the electoral officials to rig himself in the last elections but said that finally the people of Kitutu Masaba have given a chance to elect a person of their own choice.
He advised the voters to elect a leader who is honest, transparent and who can manage their funds well.
He caused laughter when he advised the voters to take which they aspirants may give them but vote in forthright leader. Shadarak who is an advocate by profession asked the youths to come together and support his bid since he was within their age bracket.
He asked the electorate to reject aspirants who were preaching clan politics saying they were out to divide the community.
While Okioma and Ogongo called for peaceful campaigns and asked the electorate not to be duped into voting a leader due to money influence. Okioma who was one time the area Mp cautioned youths in the area against be used the aspirants disrupting other aspirants meetings.
