Kutuny Say Two Cabinet Minister Planned To Humiliate Him

Cherangany MP Joshua Kuttuny has accused two ministers of humiliating him before his electorates at the ceremony to honor former liberation fighter Masinde Muliro.
The MP was on Saturday was forcefully ejected from the podium after he launched attacks on Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
Housing Assistant Minister Margaret Wanjiru stood up and grabbed the microphone from Kuttuny after the latter claimed there was no democracy in ODM.
At one time Kuttuny nearly went for Forestry and Wildlife Minister Dr Noah Wekesa’s throat when he rebuked him but was restrained by Budalang’i MP Ababu Namwambu.
The Premier who was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Musalia Mudavadi and several MPs watched the unfolding drama at Muliro’s Sibanga home.
Speaking at Chematich AIC in his constituency, Kuttuny accused Wekesa and Wanjiru of disrespect and vowed to revenge.
“The incident was a humiliation and disrespect to me. I dare them to come back and make the same plunder. It was embarrassing for ministers to incite my electorates against me,” charged Kuttuny.
He claimed that Wekesa had occupied a seat reserved for him and unprocedurally conducted the programmee during the ceremony.
“Wekesa occupied the seat next to the PM which had been reserved for me and went a head to disregard my presence to control the programme,” he castigated.
He warned to scuttle Wekesa’s quest for the governorship seat in Trans-Nzoia County and said it was in bad taste for the two ministers to underrate him in the eyes of his voters.
“It is unaccustomed for a man to let another man to take control of his family when he is still a live. I beat Wekesa for the humiliation,’ he added.
