Gem Parliamentary aspirant confident ODM Presidency in 2012

A Gem constituency parliamentary aspirant Elisha Odhiambo has expressed optimism that ODM party will form the next government after the next general elections.
He exuded confidence that ODM will win the forthcoming 2012 elections but appealed to the Luo community to seduce other communities support so that they win by a landslide.
Odhiambo said Prime Minister Raila Odinga will be next president of this country adding that out of all the presidential hopefuls, no one had enough credentials for leading this nation except Raila.
He however expressed concern over the people of Nyanza’s poor voting trend and appealed to them to change so that this time round they turn out in large numbers.
“Raila and the ODM Party will only win if we come out and fully participate in the elections other than just sitting back to assume that we will win,” He added
Odhiambo who was addressing locals in Gem district, also urged the youths who have attained the aged of 18 years to ensure they start looking for Identification cards and register as voters so that they participate in choosing their leads.
He reaffirmed his candidature for the Gem parliamentary seat and promised to change the leadership of that area by creating job opportunities to the youths.
The aspirant however challenged the youths to find ways of identifying and nurturing their talents so that they can utilize them to tap employment opportunities.
