Malindi Dishes is named after a beautiful city located at the Kenyan coastal center strip along the tropical idyllic beaches of Indian Ocean.  Since 14th Century it became a traditionally port city for Swahili settlers, Chinese explorers and Portuguese explorers who altogether brought in well diversified combinations of catering spiced tastes for their various delicious dishes.
