Prime Minister's younger brother Isaac Omondi Odinga surprised many people after he openly declared support for the Jubilee alliance during the national delegates conference in Kasarani. Omondi, who is the younger brother of Prime Minister Raila Odinga said that he decided to join the Jubilee bandwagon in order to fulfill the dreams of his late father Jaramogi Oginga Odinga. Omondi is the first born son of the late Jaramogi's third wife Susan Agik Odinga. The late Jaramogi had a total of 4 wives; Betty Adongo, Susan Agik, Mary Juma and Gaudencia Adeya who in total gave birth to 17 children. Raila Odinga and Oburu Odinga were born by the late Mary Juma. Omondi, who is the councillor of Milimani ward in Kisumu had broken ranks with his family before joining the Jubilee alliance. His brother Raila Odinga is the presidential aspirant of CORD alliance, Jubilee's main rival.
