Thugs vandalise Wiper party headquarters


The thugs made away with computers containing crucial party information and date/FILE
NAIROBI, Kenya, Dec 31 – Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka’s Wiper Democratic Movement offices on Othaya Road were broken into early Monday morning.
The police and party officials suspect it to be a case of sabotage given only specific offices were targetted and computers with crucial information stolen.
In the 2 am incident around eight armed thugs tied up the night guard on duty before getting away with two van loads of property whose value is yet to be determined.
Arrests are yet to be made but police are on the scene carrying out further investigation into the armed robbery. No one was seriously injured in the incident.
