KENNETH for PRESIDENT and TUJU for Vice PRESIDENT (Latest PHOTO)

Tuesday, the 4th of December 2012 - Presidential aspirants Peter Kenneth and Raphael Tuju have this evening signed a pre-agreement that brings together a pairing that has always touted its credentials to help the country make a clean break from the past.

According to a source, the pair has agreed that Kenneth will vie for the presidency with Tuju as his deputy.

Speaking at the signing Tuju said that the “coalition is built on shared values.”

The signing of the coalition agreement between Kenneth’s Kenya National Congress (KNC) and Tuju’s Party of Action (POA) comes at the end of an eventful day in Kenya’s political scene.

This afternoon the country has been treated to the merger of ODM, Wiper and Ford Kenya and before the dust settled on that, it was announced that TNA, URP and Musalia Mudavadi’s UDF have now also become one.
