ILLICIT LIQUOR KILLS 7

NAIROBI, Kenya, Apr 9 - Seven people have been killed and about 16 others have gone blind after they consumed illicit liquor in Nairobi.

The incident occurred at Shauri Moyo estate in Eastlands.

Those who have gone blind were rushed to a clinic called Little London for first aid, but have now been moved to the Shauri Moyo Health Services centre.

The number of those affected by the brew is growing by the minute as more victims are being wheeled into the health centre.
