Kibaki to deliver farewell speech in Parliament

Kibaki will attend a farewell dinner marking his half a century as Othaya MP
President Mwai Kibaki will Wednesday make his farewell address to the 10th Parliament during a special sitting at 4 PM.
Thereafter the President will attend a farewell dinner marking his half a century as a Member of Parliament that will he hosted by the Speaker of the National Assembly Keneth Marende.
President Kibaki will soon leave office after serving for two five-year terms as Head of State and Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces.
