The National Alliance (TNA) and United Republican Party delegates are expected to endorse Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta as the Jubilee presidential candidate.
URP's leader who is also Eldoret North MP William Ruto will be Mr Kenyatta's running mate.
Last week, TNA delegates rejected an agreement between party leader Uhuru Kenyatta and United Democratic Forum's (UDF) Musalia Mudavadi.
TNA secretary general Onyango Oloo last Tuesday said that the leaders had signed a "secret document".
Mr Oloo claimed that Mr Kenyatta was "coerced" to agree that Mr Mudavadi would be the Jubilee Alliance's presidential flagbearer.
