Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta has told off critics opposed to his presidential bid over the International Criminal Court cases.
Mr Kenyatta accused some politicians using his crimes against humanity case to seek elective posts in the next General Election.
He said he accepted defeat after the 2002 polls and was ready to lead Kenya.
"I have shown that I am ready to accept Kenyans decision but I will not allow people to use the case to bring me down.
"We know people with legitimate cases to answer and they should also step aside," said Mr Kenyatta at the site of the proposed Africa Independent Pentecostal Church Theology School in Kamulu, Embakasi Friday.
He told 3,400 women church faithful during the close of a three-day conference that God knew the truth regarding the ICC case.
"It is not for foreigners nor the courts to decide who should view for the presidency but for the over 40 million Kenyans.
Water Assistant minister and area MP Ferdinand Waititu urged Narc-Kenya presidential aspirant Martha Karua and presidential hopeful Peter Kenneth to join Mr Kenyatta's The National Alliance (TNA) party.
