JACKAL NEWS – Sources complain that Royal Media Services (RMS) has blocked the staffers from accessing the Jackal News from their office work stations in what appears to be a rudimentary restriction of frees of information.
Can somebody remind them that gone are the days when information was filtered.
“The Jackal News has been blocked here in the Royal Media Services. Nobody can access it because the management thought that website badly hammered the company badly,” the source added.
“I think the managers are scared of the Jackal News and the way it has been exposing ills in the society, including the media. Instead, we have been forced to access it through our mobile phones or other computers outside the RMS network,” another source added.
In the recent months, the Jackal News has exposed salary disparities in many companies; including the RMS. Jackal News editors have called upon RMS Information Manager to unblock the site.
“Nothing will spot us from exposing the ills and other problems in the media. If the company has nothing to hide, why did it resort to such a draconian style of keeping employees from accessing a source of information?” said the site’s editor.
