Mutula is playing politics in otherwise serious court and legal matters. One doesn't have to be a lawyer to read his minds. If he is serious about his comments then he should have advised the two principals to suspend them from public offices. Mssrs Uhuru, Muthaura and Ali are sitting pretty well in their public offices yet Mutula is telling kenyans that "any action by ICC Court is action by kenyan courts". Mr. Mutula must get serious.
