We are told that more than Sh21 million has gone missing from the accounts of a government parastatal under the Ministry of Heritage. The money was reportedly the collected from the rental of one of the halls. Strangely, the amounts are not recorded in the official books of accounts of the parastatal. Officially, the director say the man is on leave but off the record, they claim the man has gone away for good!

A designer who could count retired President Moi as one of his clients has found himself in a tight fit. The designer is involved in a financial dispute with a former diplomat after the sale of an Upper Hill plot valued at Sh550m started unravelling. The designer and one of the ambassador's lawyers have since been engaged in a war of words with each accusing the other of causing the collapse of the deal.
