THE HAGUE, Sep 2 – The Office of the Prosecutor is detailing its evidence against William Ruto, Henry Kosgey and Joshua Arap Sang as the confirmation of charges hearings entered day 2 on Friday before the Pre Trial Chamber of the International Criminal Court.
