After a countrywide search for The Nestea Miss World Kenya 2011, the final 34 ladies shortlisted to fight for the title joined the academy on Saturday.
The ladies will undergo five weeks of training on catwalk, hair and beauty, etiquette, career, leadership and talent amongst others. The academy is run by Ashleys Hair and Beauty at the serene Oak Place Conference and Training grounds in Ridgeways.
Every week, the girls shall face an elimination process to reduce the number to a final 15 contestants who shall battle it out at the finals on July 30, 2011.
