Kenyans win Paris marathon

Benjamin Kiptoo and Priscah Jeptoo, both of Kenya, won the Paris Marathon on Sunday.

Kiptoo completed the 42.2-kilometer race in the unofficial time of 2 hours, 6 minutes, 30 seconds. Compatriot Bernard Kipyego finished second, 45 seconds behind.

Priscah Jeptoo captured the women's race in the unofficial time of 2:22:52, ahead of Agnes Kiprop of Kenya.

Heinz Frei of Switzerland won the wheelchair competition in the unofficial time of 1:29:12.
