Three of the Ocampo six arrive home 'quitely'

The Ocampo six appeared before the judges on Thursday and Friday respectively
Suspended cabinet minister Henry Kosgey, Head of Civil Service Francis Muthaura and  former Police Commissioner Maj-Gen Hussein Ali  are back home after appearing before pre-trial judges at the Hague.
The trio flew in the country on different days. Kosgey arrived on Friday, while Muthaura and Ali jetted in on Saturday and Sunday respectively.
Three other suspects, Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta, suspended minister William Ruto and broadcaster  Joshua Sang are expected on Monday and a rally has been planned at Uhuru Park to welcome them back.
Mr Kosgey is facing accusations of murder, forcible evictions and persecution, while Mr Muthaura and Maj-Gen Ali  are accused of committing crimes against humanity consisting of murder, forcible transfer of population, rape, other inhumane acts, persecution in Nakuru, and Naivasha as a co-perpetrator.
The six PEV suspects appeared Thursday and Friday before presiding judge Ekaterina Trendafilova who ruled that a status conference be held on April 18.
William Ruto, Henry Kosgey and Joshua arap Sang made their maiden appearance before the court last Thursday. Their confirmation hearings are set to start on September 1.
Muthaura, Uhuru and Ali who appeared on Friday will return to the court on September 21, to begin the confirmation of charges hearing.
