  1. Thanks for sharing. I am addicted to Netflix too. Do you know what I loose only 2lb last 15-5 weeks. but I am following some nonspecialist's website & blog. (who are true) . they often suggested me to take less oily food but rich vinegar. too much vegetable, salad, fruit and exercise . But taking "Green Tea" and some tips from http://www.10pounds10days.com I loose my 20 pounds last 5 weeks! I am little bit happy now. My target is loosing another 60lb .
