Three people are in police custody and are being questioned over last Sunday's attack at the prayers cum 'no' rally at Uhuru park. A senior police officer involved in the probe told Citizen TV that the suspects were arrested in Kinoo area after police established that they were in constant communication with a man whose body was later found in a car more than twelve hours after the blasts. It is understood that the police are now treating the late SK Waruinge whose body was found in a car on Monday morning in a car at the park with injuries belived to have been caused by the grenades as a suspect and are tracking down his movements and communication prior to the incident.
