PK was on that late night show on KBC by Kwendo Opanga and I have to say that he did not impress me.
The one thing I thought he lacked most was detail.
It is not enough to say that you'll cut expenditure and use the savings to increase doctors' and teachers' pay and buy 3,000 police cars. What I wanted to hear was something like: 'We will push for a 47% reduction in MPs pay and that way save Ksh1.3 billion which will be used to construct 2000 schools in....'
When asked to declare his wealth he dodged. When asked whether he was in it to become VP he dodged.
But the worst character flaw I noticed was that the guy is short-tempered and arrogant. He dismissed every question by listeners who queried his track record as illwill. He made short angry answers that left Kwendo baffled. He even made dubious fun of a minor injury on Kwendo's forehead.
He glared, sulked and came out as glib phony salesman for Project Kenya.
The guy definitely is not an Obama.
