Friday August 24, 2012 - Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s wife Mama Ida Odinga is celebrating her birthday today.

Mrs Betty Ida Odinga was born in Kenya in 1950 and is considered by many Kenyans as a great mentor in Kenya’s history.

In his birthday message, Prime Minister Raila Odinga described Mama Ida as the love of his life and, a mother, a wife and a mentor who has helped him become what he is today.

“Today is a special day for my family and I would like to wish my lovely wife a happy birthday. May she have many more to come and I love her very much,” Raila tweeted on his twitter account.
