    u knew the number candidates and expected number of parents who could be wanting results from your web. Why not load your web based on that. incompetence or lack of commitment and passion for your job? This is seroius given that each sms is Ksh20. You fleece poor parents and you don't give results on time via sms. Stop managing things by crisis. You should true patriots and stop behaving like Kenyan politicians
