SOUTH Mugirango MP Manson Nyamweya yesterday asked Kenyans to pick into State house someone who will fully implement the new constitution. Urging Kenyans not to trust some presidential aspirants he described as having no agenda for the country. The MP said Kenyans must  elect people who will help actualize the dreams they had when they said yes to the new constitution.
Speaking to the Star, the MP said: ““Most of the critical part of the implementation will come after 2012 election so we should choose somebody whom we trust with the implementation of the constitution.” He said some aspirants have embarked on premature campaigns yet have no agenda. Instead, said the MP, "they have resorted to personality attacks, trivialities and going into tribal groupings.”
