The old man has even offered to pay for his son's further studies whether locally or abroad!

A senior state counsel at the Kitale Law Courts has provoked the wrath of the public after he was involved in an accident  with an old cyclist just outside the Bungoma Members Club. The lawman came out of his vehicle, scolded the old man — who was on the ground writhing in pain — for being careless. He did not bother to find out how badly injured the cyclist was. After giving him a piece of his mind, the lawman entered his car and drove off.
