No Campaigns


The no camp has made its final submissions and urged Kenyans to give the proposed constitution the red card. Higher Education Minister William Ruto took the last minute dash for votes to coast province, while retired President Daniel Moi pitched tent in Kericho. The reds claim that the proposed new law had contentious and divisive clauses, and only a 'no' vote could force the stakeholders in the constitutional process to embark on fresh consensus building initiatives.
