To the mountain top

As Kenyans congregated at Uhuru Park and various stadia to celebrate the promulgation of the constitution, a group of 27 Kenyans were trailing the heights of Mt. Kenya to place a copy of the new supreme law on Lenana Peak. Amongst those who took part in the expedition was Tito Kisoi, the son of the late Munyao Kisoi who hoisted the Kenyan flag at the same point at the time of Kenya's independence. Gladys Mutiso reports.
