There is a new twist in the hate speech saga surrounding the new Trade Minister Chirau Ali Mwakwere. The minister came out fighting on Wednesday, and in turn accused the cohesion commission of engaging in hate speech. Mwakwere says he was simply reacting to hate speakers who were intent on causing disharmony in his constituency. Rita Tinina reports.
