The executive has agreed to put before parliament a draft law to set up a team to implement the new constitution. At a cabinet meeting today, ministers approved a bill seeking to establish a constitution implementation commission, an independent group of experts who will drive the process. The bill, which seeks to set the functions, powers and qualifications of members of the implementation commission, will be published on Saturday this week to prepare it for debate in the national assembly
