In one of those classical mistakes, the Presidential Press Service yesterday referred to William Ruto's wife Rachael Ruto as the 'deputy first lady', a non existent title.
Her correct title is the second lady, but PPS does not seem to get that.
The error came in form of a photo (above) caption where first lady Margaret Kenyatta and the Second lady Rachael Ruto were receiving Establishment of the Binary First Lady Scholarship Fund from Kenya High Commission to Malaysia Amb.Samori Okwiya.
