Social media has been awash with people commenting on this with many of them suggesting that State House should consider issuing a dress code so that visitors and guests know what is acceptable or not.

The man, an unsuccessful aspirant for one of the seats in Nyanza during the March elections, has on several occasions me with some of leading lights of the Jubilee coalition. The ODM officials are concerned that if the man—who is the son of a former MP from the region—is appointed to the post, he may compromise the party's strategic plans and programs.
