The party’s National Elections Board Chairman Henry Muthee Kathurima also disclosed that ODM Independent County Elections Supervisory Panels, which will consist of religious leaders and private stakeholders, will be formed to assist his board to undertake free, fair and peaceful party nominations.
Integrity
He said he has sent out ODM’s NEB Commissioners to meet party officials and aspirants in order to harmonise and educate them on the party nomination rules, while strictly adhering to the Independent Elections and Boundaries Commission’s new national rules. He said the aspirants will get briefing on the new legal requirement of the election process and prepare them to set high integrity procedure ahead of both the party primaries and General Election.
