According to Emmanuel he died during the Rwanda Genocide/massacre as a result of his untreated wounds and was taken to heaven and hell during his death experience. With no time to bury the dead, Emmanuel’s body still lay in a corner, wrapped in sheets. He was miraculously brought back to life and sent to the world with a message of forgiveness and reconciliation. He sat up suddenly and began to preach. The injured around him now found some energy – they were fleeing in terror. After the initial shock, they all received salvation
