Wednesday, 01/08/2012 -  Steve Hilton, the uncle to popular socialite and reality TV star Paris Hilton, is said to have been in town sometime last week. The Hilton’s are famed for being tycoons whose wealth is in billions.

Apparently, the philanthropist was touring Nairobi to meet grant seekers for the Hilton Foundation where he is the CEO and President. He is said to have visited various sites in the city and its outskirts.

Steve Hilton is the grandson of Barron N. Hilton, the founder of the worldwide chain of Hilton Hotels. Prior to joining the foundation, Hilton worked for five years in hotel management in Alabama, Georgia and California with the Hilton Hotels Corporation and was also involved in aquaculture (fish farming) businesses.
