SHAME: RAILA paid Murang’a residents to snub MIGUNA MIGUNA’s book launch

Wednesday August 29, 2012 - News reaching our news desk indicates that Prime Minister Raila Odinga paid a section of Murang’a residents to snub the launch of Miguna Miguna’s book event on Tuesday.

Our mole in Murang’a County told the DAILY POST that, the PM sent his emissary only identified by the name “Mosee” with cash to bribe Miguna’s supporters urging them to give the book launch a wide berth.

Murang’a residents snubbed Miguna’s visit and by 12.oo noon only 30 people had attended the launch of the controversial memoir Peeling Back the Mask: A Quest for Justice in Kenya.

In his speech, Miguna said corruption in government dates back to the regime of former President Moi.

“Most Kenyan money ends up in the pockets of a few individual and if Kenyans especially the youth will not say no to such vices, the country might become very poor,” Miguna said.

Miguna said he has evidence that the PM has hired young people to disrupt his functions.
