SAITOITI, OJODE probe team order engine to be taken ABROAD for analysis

Monday August 13,2012 - The commission of on inquiry investigating the cause of the helicopter crash that killed Prof Saitoti, Orwa Ojode and four others has ordered 6 components of the ill-fated helicopter be taken to laboratories locally and abroad for further analysis.
The probe team ordered for the engine of the helicopter to be stripped locally for analysis on its condition before the crash.
It’s also ordered for the helicopter's gearbox and Global Positioning System (GPS) to be analysed locally.
Saitoti and 0jode died under mysterious circumstances on June 10 at Kibiku forest, Ngong on June 10.
