ODM Says Gachoka is ‘Gun for Hire’ to Shoot Down Raila Bid
ODM has accused former Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s aide Tony Gachoka of being used by the PM's rivals to try to link him to the 2007/08 post-election violence. Gachoka, who served as chief of protocol in the Office of the Prime Minister between 2008 and 2009, claims he has a “comprehensive dossier of 11 documents of more than 3000 pages" which place the PM at the centre of the violence. Yesterday, ODM National Youth Convention chairman Rashid Mohamed, ODM Re-energised national coordinator Ben Ombima and Orange Young Democrats organising secretary Kevin Onyango accused Gachoka of being insincere with the information he claims to have.
