MIGUNA supported by ODM man and ICC mole….HASSAN Omar and JOHO hired MIGUNA’s attackers

Sunday August 26, 2012 - US based law scholar Prof Makau Mutua has described the Saturday attack on Miguna Miguna’s as barbaric and unacceptable in a civilised society.

In his Facebook wall on Saturday evening, Mutua, who is a distinguished law professor at Buffalo Law School in New York, said the attacks reminded Kenyans on what went through during the 2007-08 post elections and all Kenyans should condemn the violence.

“I condemned in the strongest terms possible the attacks on Miguna Miguna as he promotes his book Peeling Back the Mask: A Quest for Justice in Kenya. Mr Miguna has the democratic right to freely promote his book without fear of assault,”Mutua said

“I ask all Kenyans and the government to protect Mr Miguna‘s speech rights,” Mutua added.

On Saturday, Miguna Miguna escaped after ODM youths hired by former Kenya National Human Rights Commission (KNHRC) Omar Hassan and Kisauni MP Hassan Joho, attacked him as he was promoting his controversial book at the Castle Royal Hotel in Mombasa.

Joho and Omar are key pointmen of Mr Odinga’s presidential quest in Coast region.

Professor Makau Mutua is an ODM sympathizer and propagandist and was involved in the coaching of ICC witnesses in the Hague, Netherlands.
