3 dead in Eastleigh EXPLOSION

Wednesday the 1st of August 2012 -News just in indicates that a gas cylinder explosion in the Eastleigh area of Nairobi has killed three people and injured several others. Reports say that police and medical emergency personnel are already at the scene assisting the injured.
There is a veritable tsunami of activity on social media sites discussing the incident which happened barely an hour ago.
Initial accounts appear to indicate that the explosion was caused when a man pushing the gas cylinder on wheelbarrow was hit by a car. The Kenyan DAILY POST will like to stress that this account has not been verified.
Residents of Eastleigh are predominantly of Somali origin.
