Raila, Mudavadi supporters face-off

Supporters of Prime minister Raila Odinga and his deputy Musalia Mudavadi clashed in Sabatia during the funeral ceremony of of the father of Nairobi Mayor George Aladwa in Sabatia Constituency.
A group of  ODM supporters from Nairobi  shouted down  Mudavadi when he rose to address mourners in a tense moment before those allied to him responded with chants of UDF throwing the funeral into confusion.
Security officers intervened and cooled flaring tempers before Mudavadi could could continue with delivering his condolence messages at the charged funeral atmosphere. All these happened before PM Raila arrives.
Mudavadi accompanied by Shinyalu MP Justus Kizito left the the ceremony shortly after addressing mourners saying he was headed to another one in Chitochi village of Shinyalu before going to Transnzoia for another.

The funeral has degenerated into a shouting match between ODM and UDF supporters. Several leaders have arrived at the funeral among them ministers James Orengo, Otieno Kajwang, MPs Fred Outa, Elizabeth Ongoro, former minister Moses Akaranga, Cotu secretary general Francis Atwoli and out-going Mumias Sugar company MD Dr Evans Kidero.
More drama is expected as MPs allied to the two leaders are expected to address mourners.
