Prime Minister Raila Odinga on Sunday took his campaigns to Kirinyaga County and addressed residents under tight security.

There was heavy police presence as rumours went round that there were people planning to cause chaos over his recent remarks on the G7 prayer rallies.
As Mr Odinga was addressing residents, armed police patrolled the area.
Tension ensued when police intercepted a group of youths waving placards and chanting anti-Odinga slogans as they headed to the venue .
The Prime Minister strongly criticised Mr Kenyatta and Eldoret North MP William Ruto for going round the country holding meetings 'disguised' as prayer rallies yet their charges were confirmed at the International Criminal Court. (READ: Cancel all G7 rallies, Raila says)
He said the suspects were worse than murderers and should be arrested.
ODM supporters claimed that the demonstrators were hired goons whose demonstration did not have any impact.
A police officer said he and his colleagues were anticipating chaos and were under orders to keep vigil.
Speaking at Kabare St Adrews Theological college in Gichugu constituency, during the inauguration of the Kenya Anglican University, Mr Odinga urged Kenyans to shun tribalism and engage in productive activities that would ensure speedy growth of the economy.
