Martha strongly support IEBC's proposal

I strongly support IEBC's proposal to have elections held before January 2013. I urge the two principals to demonstrate their commitment and promise to the Kenyan people and truly implement the constitution by following IEBC's proposal. I often say, our constitution is a framework of hope - a hope that every Kenyan has the space and protection to reach their full potential. Lets never lose sight of that.
